Great customer service I went in and had a oil change and a check engine light fixed , they offered to buy my truck. Professional, courteous and knowlegeable I have never in all my life had a better experience at a car dealership and I've bought many cars. I researched a car online prior to visiting the dealership, but from the moment I drove onto the lot the entire crew made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions without pause and were forthcoming with the small issues with the car and took care of them promptly. The financing was flawless. 3am and broke down The tow truck driver recommended Dorsett for my repairs. The people at the dealership got my car in diagnosed and repaired by 11am. Dealer ioened at The tow truck driver recommended Dorsett for my repairs. The people at the dealership got my car in diagnosed and repaired by 11am. Dealer ioened at 8am. I was 9 hours from home and on a tight deadline to return to work. The service manager Shaye kept me informed and was able to have the work completed quickly and efficiently. More

Great service, great people Our car broke down at a gas station nearby on our way from central Texas to Ontario, Canada, got it towed here. The boys at Dorsett got us up and runn Our car broke down at a gas station nearby on our way from central Texas to Ontario, Canada, got it towed here. The boys at Dorsett got us up and running again in no time! Only took about an hour to get the issue diagnosed and fixed! Thanks to Ryan, Shane, Josh, and Lester for getting us back on the road with no hassle. More

Excellent customer service I stopped in with no appointment they worked me right in Only had to wait about a hour My ac wasn’t working and they had the parts! My bill ended I stopped in with no appointment they worked me right in Only had to wait about a hour My ac wasn’t working and they had the parts!
