Isreaql Sheppard was very knowledgeable about everything that is happening at the David Stanley dealership. Isreal answered all of my questions or found out the answers for me. I would give him a five star rating for the service he gave me. The next day he came out to my car and worked with me in getting my Bluetooth system working. he was very courteous and a real gentleman. I came in for service on my existing car and left with a new car. More

They took the time to listen (heavy emphasis on LISTEN) to what I wanted, done their homework then presented well thought options for my consideration that fit my vehicle needs, and most importantly, the budget I had to work with all within 1-2 conversations. I suppose they could have wandered me through the parking lot hoping to find a car that would "work" but they didn't and I liked that. The end result? Great place to buy a car...ask for Derrick! It was a very busy Saturday at the dealership, but our sales consultant, Derrick, was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted immediately and were taken directly to the car we came in to see. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that once we had decided on the vehicle we wanted to purchase, there was quite a bottleneck to get back to speak to finance. There were people ahead of us waiting 2 hours to finalize their purchase. I told Derrick we would wait 20 minutes or it was no deal, so he managed to get us back immediately and we were out the door 10 minutes later. So...Derrick was awesome, Ryan Wooten in finance was awesome, but management needs to anticipate busy days and staff their finance department accordingly. More
