Recent oil change Rycine was very helpful on my last visit. He greeted me at my vehicle and greeted me by name. He explained the process of checking in and what to expect while I waited. They completed my oil change and tire rotation faster than he promised and I was out of the dealership in about an hour. Christmas tree dashboard relief I have had good experiences with previous visits with the service department at Toyota of Cool Springs. But on a recent visit, I was very apprehensive I have had good experiences with previous visits with the service department at Toyota of Cool Springs. But on a recent visit, I was very apprehensive to speak to a random Service Advisor because my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree, but the Service Advisor Rycine "Ray" Ellison quickly made me feel that he was genuinely there to help by discussing options and understanding my predicament. I will always have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Cool Springs ... thanks Ray! More

Excellent Service from Toyota of Cool Springs as Always! Rycine very helpful and nice. He addressed all of my issues and noted some maintenance issue that should be addressed based on the mileage. Steer clear of this guy. I interacted with him once and found him to be rude and argumentative. Will not deal with him again. I took my car in yesterday and had the pleasure I interacted with him once and found him to be rude and argumentative. Will not deal with him again.
