Most importantly, this center appears honest by service center standards. You're going to get the service you need, not less or more. They document well, and use transparent, modern methods for communicat center standards. You're going to get the service you need, not less or more. They document well, and use transparent, modern methods for communication, e.g. pictures throughout the process. It's reasonably priced. The new service center is large, with good capacity for a relatively small city, so both scheduling and actual service are quick. But they're not stingy with loaner vehicles for more extended work. The quality of work is high, though I've been fortunate to not have needed complex work yet. Overall a quality service center. More

This place is incapable and does not have the customers best interest in mind. I simply visited here to have my cars AC inspected but the service representative stated the car was unable to be loaded onto best interest in mind. I simply visited here to have my cars AC inspected but the service representative stated the car was unable to be loaded onto the lift due to it being lowered. They then continued to state the cars warranty is excellent but they refused to diagnose my CEL because the car isn’t stock. When coming here, be prepared to be refused service. More

Service was performed as requested, and I can't complain about the service advisors. However, management recently changed their policy on percent-off coupons. They only apply the percent-off to labor, but n about the service advisors. However, management recently changed their policy on percent-off coupons. They only apply the percent-off to labor, but not to parts, even though the coupon does not say "labor only". Previously, the coupon applied to everything except sales tax. They also started charging an extra 3% for using a credit card to pay for service. In addition, they have recently raised the prices substantially on every category of service except oil changes. I am tired of paying extra to cover this dealer's interest payments on all those cars sitting on the lot, so I will be looking elsewhere for future service. More
