Unfortunately the service and customer service was poor. My vehicle was there for over 2 weeks while several things were looked at. I was told several times the service staff was understaffed but I’m not su My vehicle was there for over 2 weeks while several things were looked at. I was told several times the service staff was understaffed but I’m not sure why so many service appointments were accepted if that was the case. Every time I tried to get in contact I had to text, call, and leave a voicemail which would be unanswered. Twice I had to stop in in-person to get a response. When a part arrived I got a call to schedule my service appointment which was extremely concerning because the vehicle had been there for 2 weeks. More
