First time servicing my Range Rover Sport at the Land Rover of Tampa. I was greeted and treated like I was “very important”! That’s a nice feeling these days when there is such a lack of good old fashion Rover of Tampa. I was greeted and treated like I was “very important”! That’s a nice feeling these days when there is such a lack of good old fashioned customer service. John Scott got me checked in and went beyond as he realized I was hanging around for what was to be a few hours. He had me out the door in record time with a thorough 30k inspection done ! I cannot express how pleasant it was sitting in a nice relaxing environment knowing my car was being well taken care of. Thanks to the team at Land Rover Tampa! More

Sam F, from service, is a star! His communication is impeccable from beginning to end. While I recognize there is a massive shortage in loaners, Sam did an amazing job ensuring he s His communication is impeccable from beginning to end. While I recognize there is a massive shortage in loaners, Sam did an amazing job ensuring he still provided a comparable rental vehicle for me so I could get on with my work day and so I could also take care of my family. This is someone who understands time is money. I hope to work with Sam for a long time. As a customer, service is a maker or breaker of whether or not I will return to a brand. Despite me moving to five states, this is the reason, I have been with JLR for over 15 years. People like Sam. I would also like to give a special shout out to service team member from Tom’s River, NJ. I apologize for not knowing your name. Sam was busy helping his other customer when I first arrived. The gentleman greeted me, offered me a water, chatted with me, we spoke about my vehicle, and then he discussed the issue with Sam. The worst service ever! Had appt in November go there they told me they will call me to schedule appt. I called and called and called finally in April I just show up to have Had appt in November go there they told me they will call me to schedule appt. I called and called and called finally in April I just show up to have my car fixed. Told me it would be 2 days to fix it was 2 weeks. I go to pick it up and they didn’t even fix the issue. They told me they would call me next day to get it scheduled and it’s been a week and no calls More
