I had a great experience at the dealership. I had my 2 Granchildren with me the job was taking longer than expected. Sam had an Uber pick us up and take us home. Then an Uber to drive me back t I had my 2 Granchildren with me the job was taking longer than expected. Sam had an Uber pick us up and take us home. Then an Uber to drive me back to the dealership at their expense. That was great customer service, I will definitely go back to the dealership. More

I came in to get an oil change I was ok with waiting 2 hours but I left with a big black oil stain on my passenger seat. Called and left a voicemail at the service desk for them to make it right and no on hours but I left with a big black oil stain on my passenger seat. Mike C has been the only thing to keep me sane with all my issues. And now that he's been promoted Sam has stepped in and has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
