Recommend BUT took 2 times to get minor fender damage repaired and to have repainted. Fender wasn't seated properly and clear coat was dried and left with a hardened drip spot to get minor fender damage repaired and to have repainted. Fender wasn't seated properly and clear coat was dried and left with a hardened drip spot that I could peel into with my thumb that was going back into the painted fender/quarter panel. The 1st time I had gone to Faulkner after being called that the damage was repaired, the "gentleman" at the desk asked was how am I going to pay? Cash or credit? I said can I look at the car 1st? He handed my keys and said it was outside somewhere and to push the alarm button to find it! Are you kidding me? Couldn't get off his seat and show me to where my car was nor go over the repair that was done. I was PISSED needless to say. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When finding my car and saw the repair, I was NOT happy! Took them another week to correct the repair. I was then satisfied. More

Horrible customer service My car was at Faulkner for body work. The repairs took 6 weeks to complete. The paint did not match. They repainted parts of my car 3 times and the pa My car was at Faulkner for body work. The repairs took 6 weeks to complete. The paint did not match. They repainted parts of my car 3 times and the paint still does not match. I asked for them to repaint the entire car to match the paint and I was told “the car looks fine” by Steve in the collision center at Faulkner. I said I was unhappy and Steve walked away from me. They were very unprofessional to deal with. My car was brand new and I only had it 3 weeks when I was rear-ended and side swiped. Faulkner tried to deliver the car to me two times and I refused it due to mismatched paint. The third time I took the car only because each time the car looked worse then it previously did. They left the inside of the car dirty from where the stored some of the parts they removed when they were painting the car. Extremely rude staff and very unprofessional collision center! More
