I have the best experience here. I was looking to be a 2019 Sienna Xle online. Brandon from Faulkner reaches out to me quickly and got me the van that I could afford. He did not xxxxxxxxx with me. He was very straight forward and work out a deal for me that I could afford. When I got there, Tim the sales man was there to greet me. I was so impressed at the service here. Tim answer all my Questions and show me the Van. Great person. Then Jason in finance help out breaking down the payment for me. Overall my experience here is amazing. Worst customer service provided ! Had to return to the body shop as the paint job wasn't done properly for the first time and representative Lauren misbehaved and tried to make me real Had to return to the body shop as the paint job wasn't done properly for the first time and representative Lauren misbehaved and tried to make me realize that she is doing me a favor to redo it ! And when brought it to Mr.Steve's attention,instead of listening,he taunted and took her side. Nevertheless, wasn't given any paper work after redoing the job(coz as per Lauren,"no body got paid to redo it,so no paperwork"). More
