The car arrived exactly as described and represented — no surprises at all. Sabin went above and beyond, even addressing very minor imperfections and making sure every detail was taken care of. His communication, honesty, and customer service were exceptional throughout the entire process. After delivery, the car unfortunately arrived with a dead battery, through absolutely no fault of the dealership. What really impressed me was how Bac Ta, the GM, personally stayed involved and remained on the call throughout the entire process until the issue was fully resolved. That level of customer care and commitment is rare today and speaks volumes about the dealership and its leadership. I highly recommend Audi Wichia, Sabin Garcia, and Bac Ta to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle — especially if buying remotely or sight unseen. Truly a first-class experience from beginning to end.
