I cannot say enough about Sabrina and James in service. The moment I pulled up to Toyota she greeted me with a smile. So helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable while waiting on my The moment I pulled up to Toyota she greeted me with a smile. So helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable while waiting on my car. Unfortunately they had to order a part so I had to come back the next day to get the car finished. Sabrina was off the next day so she found James, she brought him over to me introduced him, and went over with him what happened and assured me he would take great care of me the next day when I came. He also did a wonderful job, greeted me with a smile and also went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. These two employees need to be recognized for their SUPERIOR customer service. You are lucky to have them and they make Toyota of Bradenton a great place to come. Thank you, Jane Rhodes More

Been happy with Gettel until last 2 visits. Bought the car there in 2014, been serviced only there, new tires put on recently, all maintenance done there. Went to get some work done & couldn’t Bought the car there in 2014, been serviced only there, new tires put on recently, all maintenance done there. Went to get some work done & couldn’t pull up our records with the phone number we’ve used for years. Did VIN # & under someone else’s name. A little unnerving! Got it straightened out & the answer to how does this happen-just happens sometimes??? Brought the car in a week later for a part that had been ordered. After a 2 hour wait am told wrong part-sorry. Will he bringing it in for the “right” part soon. Hope you don’t earn a strike 3 or waist anymore of my time with poor service More

Service was excellent. Sabrina, service advisor, was very good. I was over looking at new vehicles while waiting and was told by someone that unless i was buying, i wasn' Sabrina, service advisor, was very good. Makes you wonder if they want to sell new cars. More
