Tom took the time to walk me through my options, show me what might be the best fit for me, and took me through the sales process efficiently and professionally (I purchased a 2016 HR-V, which I'm in love with). Sabrina was a whiz with the paperwork, making what could have been a drawn-out, painful process quick and pleasant! Today I purchased my THIRD vehicle from this dealership and cannot recommend them enough. I know that when I'm ready to upgrade again, this is where I will come! More

Girish Ramachandran made the car buying process easy! I dread the whole car buying process, especially when it comes to visiting dealerships and taking test drives. We were looking for a 2016 Pilot, which is very popular and hard to find without a waiting list. Several dealerships didn't have any availability in the next few months, and of the few that did, we chose to purchase our new car at Colonial Honda because Girish Ramachandran was the best salesperson we encountered at all of the dealerships. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and responsive. He was never pushy but always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Sabrina Thomas in the finance department was very helpful and friendly too during the actual purchase. My kids loved the children's playroom and were occupied the whole time! My husband and I are completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend Colonial Honda to anyone. Definitely worth the drive for better service. We love our new Pilot and couldn't be happier! More

When I exited my rental car, I immediately started looking for the car I saw on-line. I went up to a brand new car, but it was not the used Odyssey I was looking for. Zack Blair was there to help me. We located the car, he showed me the car, then I went inside to purchase it. Simple and no haggling. The whole process was smooth and painless. The next day after our purchase, when we agreed to pick up the vehicle at 7:30pm, Zack was waiting outside with our van all ready to go. It made me smile. Zack was an excellent salesman and the financial people helped us with our loan. I recommend this dealership and Zack Blair as a salesman.
