Car buying the way it should be!!!! It was a hot Sunday afternoon when my wife and I decided to stop by Colonial Honda and see if they by chance happened to have a 2015 Honda Accord Spor It was a hot Sunday afternoon when my wife and I decided to stop by Colonial Honda and see if they by chance happened to have a 2015 Honda Accord Sport, white with black interior. One thing that I like to do when considering buying new car is to have sometime just to walk the lot and see what's out there. The staff was very respectful of this fact and gave us the space we enjoy. We walked the lot and came across the car my wife hoped would be there. In my opinion Colonial by far has the best new car inventory of dealers in the area. By this time it's approaching 5:30 pm and we needed to take off to get a few other things done. This busy schedule we all keep can be grueling if you know what I mean. The next day I called over to the dealership and was connected with Theodore Casper at which point I gave him the stock number of the vehicle I was interested in and we scheduled an appointment for the following day, which by the way I later found out later was Theo's day off. But I will come back to that. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted promptly and asked if we could be helped. They immediately put us in contact with Theo who as promised had the car detailed and ready for our test drive. When we saw the car it was love at first sight but still had not made a decision to buy. During the test drive I learned that Theo had come in on his scheduled day off. I immediately apologized and said we could have scheduled the test drive for another day if I would have know, his immediate reply was I am here for your convenience and want to make sure you get whatever it is you need. I have bought several new vehicles in my life and have never felt more appreciated as a customer as I did that evening. We bought the car 20 minutes later. Thanks Theo and Colonial Honda, I look forward to many good years of service from our Accord!! More

Our salesman, Dave Robinson, was extremely helpful without ever being "pushy". This meant a lot to us. He answered all of our questions and never once seemed frustrated. We realize the sales personnel rely on commissions, but most do not seem to really have the customer's concerns and requests foremost in their approach. Dave seemed to really care about our needs and wants - even when we changed our minds about the color of the SUV we wanted - in the middle of writing up a contract. In fact, all the personnel we encountered at Colonial Honda were very friendly, helpful and made the entire purchase process from beginning to end less stressful. We would recommend this dealership to our friends. More

Too many loose ends I came to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted so I didn't expect to spend hours there. But it seems that is still a requirement even if I came to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted so I didn't expect to spend hours there. But it seems that is still a requirement even if you come prepared. Had to make too many trips back to the dealership to get everything finalized. We had questions on several subjects that sent us to several different 'experts' for answers making the whole process agonizing and some of those experts had no answers even when the document in question was put in front of them.
