Bill provided it on first request. Additionally, his offer was very competitive compared to other local dealers. 2. Refreshing: The entire experience was without pressure. When presented with an interior color that was not our primary choice. Bill took the time to take photos of the interior in direct sunlight to show the comparison. His responses were always timely and informative. When we decided to make the purchase, Bill had the car cleaned and out front so that we could immediately test drive the vehicle. Once complete with deal, Bill was able to complete the paperwork with us very quickly. 3. The whole experience from initial contact to sale went very smoothly. I was very pleased with how little stress and haggling needed to be done. From the start, Bill presented the most competitive price, even compared to national average. I will definitely be utilizing this dealership for future purchases based on my experience. More
