I drove a 2004 Ford Taurus for the last ten years, so everything that the Civic is new and exciting. I’m still getting used to it’s skze (smaller than the Taurus, which is nice) and it handles pretty well. Colonial Honda was very fair in their pricing and financing options, which I was surprised by. Evan, my sales rep, was informative on all topics and not pushy when it came to extras - which is what I really liked. Overall, I would recommend Colonial Honda over other dealerships for the experience and the fair pricing. More

Here's the thing, I live in the Charlottesville area and drove approx. 80 miles to get the right deal. Unlike the other dealerships that claim via Website that they have what you want in stock only to find out, it's just a gimmick to get you there. The salesman and sales manager basically sealed the deal the day prior, through a phone conversation for what they had in stock and what they were willing to do, to get the business. Yes, they exceeded the expectations, no hidden cost. They delivered as promised. This is why I chose to purchase and drive the additional miles. 1. The salesman/manager were eager to sell. I was impressed becuase they were looking out for the customer and the dealership. 2. Friendly conversation, no twisting of the arm to sell, they didn't have to. Richard Miller from Colonial Honda answered lots of my questions, seemed to be an honest guy, gave me lots room to think and was never pushy. Because of Richard, we decided to visit Colonial Honda and purchase a car if everything went well. Once we got there, Richard was busy with a customer, so we were given Chris Brooks. Chris was great. Excellent Customer Service w/No Pressure My nephew was looking for a new car and was interested in a black Civic. I researched several dealerships in the Richmond, Norfolk and Fredericksburg My nephew was looking for a new car and was interested in a black Civic. I researched several dealerships in the Richmond, Norfolk and Fredericksburg area. We decided to go to Colonial Honda on Friday (9/28/2018) and was greeted by Evan Trent. He was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed that he did not make us feel pressured when we were reviewing the selection. My nephew decided to purchase the Civic, but we ran into a small obstacle and Keith Adams was great in explaining all of our options to get my nephew the car. My nephew and I went home that night to review all of our options and we came up with the perfect solution. I contacted Evan the next morning and he worked with Keith to get us the car at a great price. Evan was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car to my nephew. Sabrina Thomas was also great in explaining the additional extended warranties and was very patient as we were finalizing the insurance for the car. I rarely write customer reviews, but the staff we worked with were the epitome of customer service and I had to share our experience. I purchased my first new car from Colonial Honda in 1995 and it was a black Honda Civic, which I still have today. I had a great customer service experience then and I was pleased to see that it has not changed. It was a great feeling for me to see my nephew's first new car was also a black Civic.
