Best Customer Service in the Region! Second visit was just as exceptional as the first. The customer service at Colonial Honda is wonderful and everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Appointment was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation and car was taken to service immediately upon my arrival . Mentioned my concern about how the driver side leather was wearing on my 2017 CRV and asked them to look at it while in service. The service manager spoke with me and said Colonial Honda would order me a new seat cover which they will replace at no charge. Imagine my surprise and excitement knowing that the driver seat will now look as new as the rest of the seats. The reason I keep coming to Colonial Honda (purchased three cars) is because I have not had an unpleasant experience throughout the dealership from the operator who answers the phone to the purchase and service of my vehicle. Thank you Colonial Honda staff for being the best in the business with sales and service! More

Such a Great Experience!!! My husband and I went to Colonial Honda without any intention of buying a car that day. I drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed to downsize to a car My husband and I went to Colonial Honda without any intention of buying a car that day. I drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed to downsize to a car with better gas mileage. Our sales rep, Malcolm, approached us in the lot and asked if we needed any help. We told him that we were just looking so he told us to take our time but that he was here if we needed him to answer any questions. (Mind you, my husband and I are not the type of people that want someone following us around… normally if that happens, we leave the dealership and come back after hours). After Malcolm gave us his card and left us to look at the cars, my husband immediately looked at me and said “If we buy a car today, that’s the guy we’re going to work with.” We looked at different models and different colors and I found a Silver 2018 Civic that I fell in love with. At that time another salesman approached us and we informed him that we would like to speak with Malcolm. During the test drive, Malcolm was not pushy at all, but made sure we were aware of all of the awesome features of the Civic. We then informed Malcolm that we were upside down on our Jeep and although we really liked the Civic, we weren’t sure if we were at a place where a deal could be made. However, Malcolm was up to the challenge. While we were negotiating prices and discussing numbers, Malcolm really made us feel that he was working for our benefit. We really felt like we were getting the absolute best deal possible! My husband is normally a hard sell when it comes to buying a new car; however, he could NOT stop singing Malcolm’s praises on the ride home. He and I have both shared with friends and family that this is the absolute BEST car buying experience we have ever had. We will absolutely be referring friends, family, and colleagues to Colonial Honda (and even more specifically, to Malcolm). Thank you all for such a great experience! I love my little Civic! :) :) More
