Also I was provided a detailed video of my car as it was being worked on by the mechanic as it was up on the lift in the service Bay Area. The mechanic provided me detailed information about every aspect of the car’s undercarriage as he described my car while being shown in a really nice video. It was incredibly informative to see my car while it was being worked on. For me it added more trust. More
