I have never had such a pleasurable experience at a car dealership. They promptly found the vehicle in the color that I wanted and made the purchasing process(Sadi in finance) very seamless. Dean Rio was very informative and spent time showing me all the features of my new vehicle. He walked me through everything and even set up my bluetooth. The showroom was very crowded when we walked in. we had asked for Dean Rio because he assisted us with a sale Mostafa was very courteous and helpful. The showroom was very crowded when we walked in. we had asked for Dean Rio because he assisted us with a sale in April and we liked his service. He was helping another customer so we looked around and saw Mostafa out in the front of the building and asked him to help us. He said "of course"! Normally we think of buying a car as stressful but we did not fee that this time. Mostafa made us feel comfortable and he was upfront about the credit process and was honest about the waiting time involved. We appreciated that because we went home for a couple hours and came back when they were ready for us. The process was not as painful and we came home with the vehicle we wanted. More
