Having bought a car from Sage before, he is the reason that I came back. I returned to the dealership twice until he was working although I was told that they would call him. Everything was great at Skyline Keizer. This is the third Focus we have purchased from Skyline Keizer Ford and Sage Bass in particular. That by itself should say something about Sage. He is very knowledgeable on all the Ford products and the Keizer Ford and Sage Bass in particular. That by itself should say something about Sage. He is very knowledgeable on all the Ford products and the options available. He took the time to explain to my wife how to operate all the functions on our new car. You can tell he is digitally literate and completely understands the features. And the best thing - if you say "No" he doesn't press. He is more concerned with customer satisfaction than making the sell since he knows that is how repeat customers are made. I recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to call and make an appointment with Sage. More

We did not receive good customer servide at the Commercial sales lot. Sage Bass at the Kaiser lot read our e-mail and responded, saying he would help. My husband and I trade in vehicles frequently. In 2011 we purchased two newer used vehicles from Sage. He treats us like we are his only client. I actually purchased my vehicle without the assistance of we purchased two newer used vehicles from Sage. He treats us like we are his only client. I actually purchased my vehicle without the assistance of my husband and I did not feel at any point that I was being treated any differently than if my husband would have been there. I have his cell phone number and I have called him on his off days (and once later in the evening when something in my car wasn't working how I thought it was supposed to) and he cheerfully answers my call and helps me with whatever my issues are. This is definately beyond the call of duty. We will continue to go to Sage for our cars and when it is time for our two boys to trade up their vehicles they will go to him as well as he is our "go to" guy. I highly recommend him! More

Of all the new cars that we test drove over a weekend, not only was the car we liked the best fit for us but the politeness and knowledge of the salesman drew us back to that specific dealership. When the car that was on the lot was not exactly what we were looking for in options, they did the hard work for us and found the exact one we wanted. We went in looking for a new car and walked away with a new one and a used one as well, because of their willingness to work on price with both vehicles. Sage worked hard for us to make this happen, since we really were only looking for just the one new car. More
