We had gone in originally just to get some work done on our truck, and had asked about cars and some financing options, etc as we knew we were looking to get a newer car soon. Norm was friendly and informative and not pushy with us at all. We had some trouble with the financing because of the loan already on our truck that we were trading in and the guys all worked really hard to find us a good financing option within our budget for the car that we wanted. They spent a good portion of the day playing phone tag just to make sure we were happy! And we are! Sage was friendly and helpful with getting us our warranty and extra options along with that while keeping it within our budget. We will definitely be coming back here for any vehicular needs we have in the future! More

World’s Most Personable Sales Lady — Mrs. Ford I set up a meeting with Skyline Ford through the online guy to see a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback, so I expected him to be the one to greet me I set up a meeting with Skyline Ford through the online guy to see a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback, so I expected him to be the one to greet me at the door. Oddly this wasn’t the case, considering he is simply the online interaction guy. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Vee. Vee was helpful from the very beginning. Her responses via text and email were punctual. She made a visit I expected to be rather boring into a visit I wanted to make again. She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable, accurate, consistent, and always knows what to say. Everything we asked about she had an answer for almost immediately, and if she couldn’t give an accurate answer, she brought somebody who knew the answer. Sage was brought into the mix once we began talking about financing. Although very to-the-point and stern, he was very informative, kind and helpful. Those are some rather important qualities when negotiating. He helped me get the car down to a more reasonable price, and he made sure we got the best interest rate possible for financing. He explained everything in great detail, gave us reasons why, and several good points on the actual value of the car. Although I would have liked to get a better price on my trade-in, and a little lower price on the Focus I was buying, I still left feeling good about my purchase. Both Vee and Sage were very helpful, and can expect to see me again. More
