To make a final decision, we had to visit another Ford dealer in the area in order to see if back row bucket seats would work better for us. In the end, we did prefer them and felt comfortable returning to David to place our order. His easy and personal demeanor made the interraction feel more like a conversation than a sales transaction. We placed our final order with Sage Bass. He too took time with us and was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. He offered optional products and gave the pros and cons of each - he didn't try to sell us things that we wouldn't need. We did take him up on a few of those offers. Sage was very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for help or assistance in the future. More

I had come in to Keizer store a couple of months earlier and couldn't make a deal he spent at least 2 and a I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil. I had come in to Keizer store a couple of months earlier and couldn't make a deal he spent at least 2 and a half hours with me on that day. I told him to follow up with me on July 9th which he did. It was perfect as I had a way to buy a truck. he spent another 2 hours while I made up my mind and then Sage and Walt worked with me and got me in to the truck I wanted. I have bought 10 new vehicles since moving to Oregon this experience was the best by far. I bought a 2005 mustang GT from that store but this is still by far the best experience. I began my hunt for a replacement car by looking at a new 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was selling for an amazing price. Unfortunately, a new car just wasn't meant to be. Dave was totally understanding, so the adventure turned toward used cars. Dave was very patient during the entire process, and helped me find the car that I could afford and had hoped for. Dave answered questions and pointed out details that I wasn't aware of; he also took the time to show me how to work the many different electronic features. Sage joined in on the conversation as final decisions were being made, and treated me well on the price of the vehicle. Sage was as personable as Dave, and he made the paperwork extremely easy. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid vehicle, and love it very much.
