He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Phil offered a test drive right away and after that, we were completely hooked. If he wasn't so friendly and persistent, I know we would not have purchased anything. We needed a little nudge. We are SOOOOO happy with our 2016 Ford Focus Hatchback.
