I began my hunt for a replacement car by looking at a new 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was selling for an amazing price. Unfortunately, a new car just wasn't meant to be. Dave was totally understanding, so the adventure turned toward used cars. Dave was very patient during the entire process, and helped me find the car that I could afford and had hoped for. Dave answered questions and pointed out details that I wasn't aware of; he also took the time to show me how to work the many different electronic features. Sage joined in on the conversation as final decisions were being made, and treated me well on the price of the vehicle. Sage was as personable as Dave, and he made the paperwork extremely easy. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid vehicle, and love it very much. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Phil offered a test drive right away and after that, we were completely hooked. If he wasn't so friendly and persistent, I know we would not have purchased anything. We needed a little nudge. We are SOOOOO happy with our 2016 Ford Focus Hatchback.
