All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, and I indicated up front I did not want to be pressured. They seemed to understand and the whole deal went through and I got the exact truck I wanted, and a price I thought was reasonable and came away feeling like it was one of the best auto buying experiences I've had, and I've bought a few vehicles in my lifetime.. Most integrety and commitment to customer I have seen I recently bought a used truck at the Keizer store. It had low miles and I took a gamble, by not buying a warranty, to keep payment lower so we could I recently bought a used truck at the Keizer store. I took it to a shop and it ended up costing almost 3000 dollars to fix. I worked with Leon who had BJ's blessing and they covered nearly all the cost of the repair. Dave Coolidge was a great salesperson to work with. I showed up without an appointment and he was very accommodating even though he was finishing up with another customer. I didn't feel pressured to buy my car and because of the very very good price I was offered, I ended up buying the vehicle, even though I wasn't particularly in the market to make a purchase that day. Working with Sage on the financing side was also fantastic. He worked some magic and got us an amazing rate that was better than what our own credit union could offer us. This is the second new vehicle that we have purchased from Sage in the last 4 months. We cannot express how much we enjoyed both experiences. Typically buying a new vehicle is a dreadful experience. The fact that we dealt with Sage from beginning to end and there was not any BS was the best part. We told him what we were looking for and the price we were looking to pay. He found exactly what we were looking for (from another dealer-dealer swap) and got the exact vehicle we were looking for, for less than we were expecting to pay. The paperwork with Chad was a very quick and painless event. Both Sage and Chad new the products that they were representing and had a thorough knowledge of the vehicles. Over all we would give our experience an 11 out of 10. We were and are VERY happy. We have told anyone that we know who is in the market for a new vehicle that Sage is "the man", and sent them his way. Already one good friend has purchased a vehicle from him and they have told us there experience was very much the same as ours. Skyline Ford, Sage, and Chad are men among boys in the car sales business. We definitely will continue to recommend them and will return when we are in the market for a new vehicle. More
