A very positive experience. Odeh asked what we were looking for and then tracked the truck he found down. It had newly been traded in so it was still in the process of being chec Odeh asked what we were looking for and then tracked the truck he found down. He is very knowledgeable about Ford trucks. What little he didn’t know, he found out for us. When we made the decision, he asked us what payment, trade in value, and interest rate we were looking for. He took the information to Sage, who listened to us and got us what we were comfortable with. Sage was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He got us the best interest rate and kept the payment as low as we needed him to. I felt very comfortable and the process was very smooth. I left feeling positive about the experience and grateful they respected what we wanted, also. More
