On my way home on a Sunday evening my car started smoking. I got a tow to a close friends house and Monday morning I called and explained what the problem was while I was waiting for another tow to t smoking. By 2pm I received a phone call letting me know I needed a new radiator, that they needed to order one and what the cost would be. By 11:20am Tuesday morning my car was fixed, cleaned and they had even replaced one of my running lights that never seemed to be very bright. Considering I had been in panic mode since Sunday night, having the assurance and calm professional demeanor of everyone there helped make what could have been a nightmare into something that was just a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for taking care of me, my Jeep and restoring my faith in wonderful, honest, service even when it's last minute. More

I absolutely loved that the gentleman in service called me, knowing of the recall, that he had the part in hand, and that I most recently bought the Hornet. I have NEVER in all of my years of buying, pred me, knowing of the recall, that he had the part in hand, and that I most recently bought the Hornet. I have NEVER in all of my years of buying, predominantly GM products, been treated so well. I give him the 5 star rating because he could not have done anything else, MORE PERFECTLY, in my opinion.
