Wonderful Experience I wanted to trade in my 2014 Sienna for something new and I started on the Internet looking at my options. I was interested in the Highlander because I wanted to trade in my 2014 Sienna for something new and I started on the Internet looking at my options. I was interested in the Highlander because it had regular doors instead of sliding doors and I wanted something a little bit less “mom vanish”. I went to the dealership and met with Devin who was absolutely the most patient person ever. I test drove several Hylanders but I wasn’t happy with how the backseats were very bench like in comparison to the comfortable Siana backseats. Devin showed me all of the other options that Toyota had as well as the new Sienna. I went back and forth between the Highlander and Sienna and Devin was again very patient. He wasn’t pushy and wanted me to make sure I’d be happy with my choice. I decided on a new Sienna and and very happy with my decision. It has a lot of upgrades from my last one and in a great color as well so I don’t feel like it’s a mom van :) More
