Saif Cakirlar was genuinely the best and most attentive salesman I could've asked for. Throughout the entire process--from looking at potential cars, to test driving cars, to discussing numbers, to finaliz salesman I could've asked for. Throughout the entire process--from looking at potential cars, to test driving cars, to discussing numbers, to finalizing and purchasing the car--Saif was extremely helpful and informative. He helped ease a lot of stress that comes with purchasing a new car--especially as a first-time buyer! Additionally, given that I am a first-time buyer, there were some issues that came up; however, Saif handled everything professionally and kept me informed through it all. I absolutely love my Honda Civic and am so grateful to Saif for being such a patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful salesman! More

I have leased new CRVs through this very good dealership before. This is my first experience with their salesman, Saif. I went in with no intention of buying a car and left left with a brand new CRV. That’s how good Saif is. He was super knowledgeable and helpful about the process but most importantly his friendliness was wha with a brand new CRV. That’s how good Saif is. He was super knowledgeable and helpful about the process but most importantly his friendliness was what made the entire journey even worth it. Many sales people I have come across in the past come off as arrogant but there is a fine line between that and being confident while remaining respectful and Saif was amazing. Most people are aware, it’s not a fun time to be in the market for a new car. However everyone was pleasant to deal with in each interaction. Saif did a great job communicating and being available. Even market for a new car. However everyone was pleasant to deal with in each interaction. Saif did a great job communicating and being available. Even answering a call when he was not working. Barbra managed a small issue that came up. She was very active in mitigating the problem and I appreciated that. Russel was also active in helping out and left me reassured everything would work out.
