I really wasn’t expecting to write a review after purchasing this car, however, after buying this Porsche Panamara for my wife, how happy she was and how great Drive A Dream treated us, I felt compel purchasing this car, however, after buying this Porsche Panamara for my wife, how happy she was and how great Drive A Dream treated us, I felt compelled to write this review. We were given a fair price and talked with our salesman John, who was very knowledgeable, accommodating but, not pushy, which I appreciated very much. We received the vehicle within a week with free delivery included. To top it off, we needed to contact John shortly after receiving the Porsche to tell John there was a bubble on the front right tire and he immediately solved the problem. We went to the local tire replaced and were reimbursed from Kenny within a week. Kenny is the Service Manager, he was extremely nice and helpful.. Everyone is top notch at this dealership! I will not hesitate to buy another vehicle or refer my friends & family to Drive a Dream! More

Stay FAR Away – Shady & Unprofessional Business Practices If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I negotiated a deal on a Porsche Taycan and initially declined the non-refundable deposit, meaning the car was still on the market. On 2/1, I got approved for an auto loan and finalized the purchase with a SIGNED contract of sale—including my name, the agreed-upon price, and the car’s details—making it officially sold to me. After that, their incompetence became glaring. I requested the necessary title application for my bank, and their clueless title clerk repeatedly sent the wrong forms, delaying my loan processing. Despite their mistakes, I remained patient and kept pushing forward. On 2/6, after finally getting my bank’s approval and confirming that they were overnighting the check, I texted the dealership to let them know I was ready to pay my full down payment. Their response? “Brother, car is sold.” What?! The car was already sold to me on 2/1! This dealership blatantly disregards contracts, prioritizing financial gain over integrity. They wasted so much of my time, impacted my credit score, and I even paid out of pocket for a pre-inspection, which they claimed they’d refund—but, of course, I haven’t seen a single cent. This place operates with zero professionalism and shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. More

Special thank you to Juan Pinto, He was extremely helpful and responsive in providing videos walk-around of the vehicle and updates on the vehicle and processing status. I opted to fly into Atlanta, GA took an Uber to the dealership and pick up the vehicle. Juan was there to greet me, help me get setup and acquainted with the new car and features, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Drive a Dream and look forward to doing business with them again. Thanks again to Juan and Drive a Dream. More

I have mixed feelings about recommending Drive A Dream. Generally speaking, I got a good deal on a nice car. The customer service that I received was poor and less than honest. Once I paid for the vehicle Drive A Dream failed to follow through on several items that were part of the deal. The vehicle I purchased did not have any of the spare tire parts (lug wrench, jack, etc). Reese, my salesperson promised to get those items for me but had not acquired them when I picked up the vehicle. At that time Sal Amin assured me that would be taken care of. Originally, Drive A Dream planned to deliver the car to me. I called back and asked if I could pick it up instead and made an appointment 2 days out to do that. My salesperson Reese said they would reimburse me for my UBER since they avoided the $200 cost of delivery. When I picked up the car Sal Amin, manager also assured me that I would be mailed a check. I was surprised that when I picked up the car it had not been washed and detailed. It had that sandy feel on the paint from dust, dirt and rain. The mats had been installed over plastic sheeting which should have been removed. There was debris between the mats and the plastic from multiple drivers entering the car. Reese told me that the car would also have a full tank of fuel. It was about 3/4 full. I did not complain about either of these issues. I followed up with Drive A Dream in approximately 2 weeks on the tire change items and reimbursement. At that time I was told to purchase the items needed and they would send me a check for the items as well as UBER reimbursement. We agreed on the price (roughly $140) for the items and I purchased what I needed on line. At this point I was expecting a check for just under $200. I anticipated the check in 3-4 days but I waited another two weeks to follow up. I phoned and spoke with Sal Amir. He said he had been busy and forgot to send the check. He confirmed the amount, my address and said it would be mailed that day. I waited another 3 weeks and I called Sal once again to follow up. He said he did not have any idea what happened but he would make sure to send it to me today. I could hear his keyboard clicking and he said he was handling as we were speaking. Once again he confirmed the amount and my address. Five weeks have passed since my last conversation with Sal. I have not received anything from Drive A Dream and don’t expect anything at this point. It’s really not as much about the money as it is the principle. I value integrity and Drive A Dream lacks that. More

I bought a 2021 vehicle from Drive a Dream in January 2024. The process was smooth if a bit slow, but they explained everything and got me a good deal on the vehicle. I had it checked out, which Drive a Dream fixed as requested. However, after taking the car home, I noticed a warning sign that had been on for a few days. I took it to the manufacturer dealership, and they quoted me $4,500 to fix this part, saying it was not advised to drive the vehicle before it was fixed. I called Drive a Dream, and they took car of fixing the car for no additional cost. They really stepped up when they didn't have to in order to make sure I was fully satisfied with my new car. Steve is the man, and Basim will take excellent care of you. I cannot recommend Drive a Dream enough. More
