Horrible experience after back and forth on #s all week. .came to an agreement on price on sat 8/28/26 had my wife pick up a Check from the bank!!drove up Sunday was there at 12:00 when they opened they had .came to an agreement on price on sat 8/28/26 had my wife pick up a Check from the bank!!drove up Sunday was there at 12:00 when they opened they had names wrong on the paperwork!!we signed all the paperwork we were happy to be getting an incredible anniversary present for me and my wife!!we walked over to the finance department with my check in hand ready to finish the purchase!!Sal Batista came up to me and my wife and said you guys are nxt and 3 guys came over to me and my wife and says because you haven’t had urr insurance swapped over to the new vehicle we can’t let you drive off in the vehicle.. when everyone knows but them that you have 7-30 days to transfer urr insurance exspecially if you have a loan.this was never told. To me as we expected to drive up sighn papers hand them a check and have a great day !!!end of the day Sal Batista lied to me about this so lesson learned ratings mean nothing when you can’t be honest with your customers!!please beware of shady dealerships…very disappointed and a waste of a Sunday and ruining my anniversary….great job fellas I’m sure they had other plans for this vehicle probably another shady deal waiting to go bad…..TH!!!! More
