The customer service technicians at Regal are very friendly and helpful. The service manager Kyle is less than impressive on all accounts of customer service and helpfulness. Our suv has been in the s friendly and helpful. The service manager Kyle is less than impressive on all accounts of customer service and helpfulness. Our suv has been in the shop there 4 times now and they’ve yet to fix the issue we’re having. At this point we’ve taken our car to another Honda dealership for service. Whatever you do don’t buy the extra coverages or eco care for your vehicle here you’ll only be disappointed to find out nothing is covered except tires and oil changes. We were told bumper to bumper on everything by the finance team only to be told I owed them for $35 for an air filter on my first oil change. I questioned the cost with the finance department and was told to take it up with the service department. It’s a constant round robin game. I will say if you make a big enough complaint eventually you just email the owner and stuff gets taken care of. It shouldn’t have to be this way. More
