First Visit to Garavel Jeep While watching TV Saturday a.m I saw an add stating a lease price for a Grand Cherokee which included a lifetime warranty. My husband contacted Garave While watching TV Saturday a.m I saw an add stating a lease price for a Grand Cherokee which included a lifetime warranty. My husband contacted Garavel by phone and was connected with Neil. He stated that he had an appointment, but would be free around 2:00. We arrived early. He was still busy and asked Sal to help us. Sal was great. Very knowledgeable, informative and courteous. He answered our questions and concerns. We returned on Monday to pick up out Jeep. We met with Albert the Business Manager. He explained everything in detail, was very polite, helpful and professional. Sal reviewed the vehicle features and made sure we were comfortable with all the details before we left the dealership. We ended up leasing a Grand Cherokee and were very happy with the process. Everything went very smoothly. All in all it was a rewarding experience. More
