I can’t say enough about my fabulous experience at Lexus of Naperville. What makes a dealership great is its employees, and I worked with one of the best, Sal LaLa. He made this the smoothest transition I’ve ever had with purchasing a vehicle. We had stayed in touch regarding the new GX and TX. After speaking with him regarding all my options, I chose to buy a 2025 Lexus TX. He knew exactly what features I wanted, which was (almost all of them). We found the perfect one, which was in transit. The car arrived within a few days, and I was driving it just days later. He answered my text messages promptly and was just a phone call away. To anyone I know wanting to buy a Lexus, I will send them to Sal. Oh....the bow seriously made me smile! I have never had a red bow at delivery :) Thanks, Sal, for everything! More
