Awesome experience First , I don't always judge a business or people by what previous people have said I try and give everyone a chance and I'm glad I did at Mlady. To start my friend Sean referred me to this dealership after buying a few cars and enjoying the car experience at Mlady. So I decided to take the hour trip and meet with Matt (sales rep) and Mir (sales manager) and I have to say at no point did I feel pressure to buy a car that day or when I actually did come in to purchase my new white pearl Altima on 5/1/17 which happened to be the end of the month for Nissan which one would expect high pressure but I experienced 0 pressure. I was very pleased with the time Mir and Matt took to show me the cars I was interested in and go over the entire process. Upon completing the deal you then get introduced to the finance department ( which most people fear) so I can understand but, Brian and Steve we're extremely professional and offered many upgrades, finance options and extra services to protect my new Altima 2017 SR model and they took the time to explain the costs and benefits to me. Not once did they pressure me and I was highly impressed as well. I truly recommend using this dealership and hope you get to have the same experience I had with them. A+++++ Thank you Sam R. Absolutely wonderful I had a 2013 Nissan Juke that sadly got totaled and it was really hard not to have. All the staff at M'Lady Crystal Lake went above and beyond for me I had a 2013 Nissan Juke that sadly got totaled and it was really hard not to have. Amazing, honest, and friendly staff I went in one day to get all my options for a new car straight. The salesman sat with me and figured out numbers before showing me cars. Then we decided my best option would be to actually wait! So I did and because of that salesmans honesty I have the perfect car now for my needs and my budget. The car comes with a great dealership package that can't be beat! And the best part is the staff. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like family when I'm there. Everything I need to keep my new car feeling new and running great is under one roof which is super convenient for me. I honestly didn't buy my car because I wanted this brand or model. I bought it because of the dealership and I am 100% satisfied with both. More

Very professional and enjoyable approach to selling cars I enjoyed working with Eddie Colville on my 2016 Murano lease deal because of my previous positive experience working with him on several other car le I enjoyed working with Eddie Colville on my 2016 Murano lease deal because of my previous positive experience working with him on several other car leases. Eddie is great to work with because of his product knowledge of each car he demonstrates and also his ability to structure deals that are very fair and affordable. He will make sure that you are very happy with the car you purchase or lease and he works hard with great customer service and follow-up to keep the promises he makes with you. Bryan Murphy in Finance is also great to work with. He really knows what he is doing to help you find the right finance arrangement and he also has a good sense of humor. The service department at M'Lady is also very good and I trust them with any routine maintenance or work that needs to be done. Sal Visconti and Brandon Mason go the extra mile with a very friendly and professional way to make sure work is done right and on time. They are definitely an asset to M'Lady and so are the other folks in the service department. They all seem to really like their jobs and are happy to help customers. I highly recommend Eddie and M'Lady Nissan if you are considering buying or leasing a car. More
