I can’t say enough good things about the Kia Service folks, and in particular Salena and Chris. They went far above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect them to do in order to make sure th folks, and in particular Salena and Chris. They went far above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect them to do in order to make sure things were right with an exceptionally challenging repair of my Kia Sedona, to the point where it definitely cost them far far more than they actually charged me.
