My car currently has four recalls, and the dealership addressed two of them. I don’t understand why there are so many recalls in the first place. The service itself seemed okay, but I’m not entirely sure what was done to my car, especially since they kept it for two days. I would have appreciated clearer communication about the work performed. Unfortunately, the loaner car was in very poor condition. It was extremely dirty, with a strong odor and a large amount of dog hair throughout the interior. I had to vacuum it three times and disinfect it myself, and even then, there was still dog hair left. I had signed an agreement stating that no pets would be allowed in the vehicle, so this was very disappointing. On a positive note, the person who assisted me was very kind and helpful throughout the process. More
