Salma personally delivered our Lexus GX 550 around 9:00 p.m. and still took all the time necessary to walk my wife and me through many of the vehicle’s features and make sure she was completely set up and comfortable. She was extremely friendly, personable, and professional, and she has a wonderful ability to make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. She also took the time to explain all of the additional services and benefits that come with purchasing a Lexus. I have to say, I was very impressed. The level of service Lexus provides is something many other dealerships could learn from and model themselves after.
