People often use the phrase “above and beyond” loosely, but Mohammad truly earned it. As an out-of-state buyer, I had a number of specific questions, concerns, and expectations, and he spent a great deal of time making sure that all of my needs were addressed and that I was left with no unanswered questions. He was diligent, responsive, and fully committed to making sure I was comfortable with every part of the transaction. He also made sure that my car was detailed before it was shipped to me. I truly could not have asked for more. Salvador Lara was also extremely helpful throughout the process. He was diligent in assisting me every step of the way, and he even continued helping me while he was sick. That level of attentiveness and professionalism does not go unnoticed. There was also very special help from Mr. J.B. Meyer, who made sure the deal was completed properly and that I had no questions at all by the end of the process. Worst car buying experience of my life. Asked for my trade in keys multiple times because I didn’t like the new vehicle. Never gave my keys back. Pressured me to take a car.
