We went there to look at a couple vehicles back on April 14th and test drive. We test drove a couple of them and they showed us a 2018 Traverse Premier that was black on black with the redline package and A 14th and test drive. We test drove a couple of them and they showed us a 2018 Traverse Premier that was black on black with the redline package and AWD and only had 66000 miles on it. We liked it and was going to go home and discuss it . Then the salesman said that for us to make sure it doesn't get sold to put a deposit on it and so we did. After talking with the salesman through text, I sent my information and they ran my credit and I was approved and we had made an appointment to come in that Saturday to go over all the paperwork and sign and also look for a 2nd vehicle. We planned on getting 2 vehicles. When Saturday came the salesman messaged me to make sure I was coming in and I said yes we were. After driving about a half hour to get there they told me they had sold it even with my deposit on it after being told days before that my deposit would keep it for us. I was told they made a mistake and wrote the wrong vin number down and then tried to keep selling us vehicles that were not the same or had way too many miles or wasn't AWD. They never made good and I'm sure their district manager never heard about it. No one could give me the actual truth of what happened. And now they haven't said called or texted about a vehicle in at least a month or so. And now there's a hard hit on my credit with nothing to show for and when I finally do find a vehicle my score will be less since it'll be on there still. Not to mention when they brought us back to discuss this about searching for another vehicle they came got us out of the showroom floor waiting area and took us down a hallway and left us there in front of an office which was supposedly the used car sales manager except the room looked trashed and there was no tags on the door or desk stating whose office it was. We felt we were treated badly and just shoved out of the way from other customers. More

I KNEW Zgoing to this dealership was a mistake but I did and my concerns were proven correct again..I had been to THIS dealership several times in past and never have been able to get a vehicle, But!! On the other hand I had bought vehicle from Cable dahmer dodge / Kia but as to my visit today.10/09/25 True to form as if I am an idiot, tell Mr my vehicle was worth.$3k with kbb thr worst vehicle valuation place there is they never value your vehicle correct nevertheless the less dealership said my car needs brakes omg so when I run kbb report My report come out at almost $10k and no way putting brake pads on this vehicle going to cost $6k then give me a ridiculous monthly payment based on crap they fed kbb my vehicle looks new i just made a 3200 mile round trip no trouble, no leaks etc and kbb didn't even mention my heated steering wheel. It's sad these dealership look you in your face lie scam you. Remember devil was once an angel. Cable Dahmer gotten so big he and his people have forgotten how they got where they are today yes they probably did right by some but can you go to bed every night knowing you treated every one right? More
