Last week we happily took delivery of our brand new factory-direct special-order 2017 Burgundy MKZ Reserve from Sal Catalano of the Shaker Family Lincoln Dealer in Woodbury. We had told Sal that “We just want exactly what we want.” So he arranged for the car to be built with everything we wanted, and nothing we didn’t want. We showed up carrying a Tru-Car Guaranteed Discount Certificate. He even beat That discount by a lot! No nasty haggling either – He just offered. By the way, he also “just offered” zero percent financing. We could hardly wait, but when the car arrived on the big truck (three weeks early!) I asked Sal if I could watch and talk to the mechanics in the shop when they performed the “dealer prep”. Sal arranged it. The shop guys were happy to talk about their work, and showed me everything. Ed Shaker came back into the shop during the prep, and showed me some of the silent “engineering stuff” under the car! When they were done, they even did a complete Detailing on our brand new car. It looked beautiful – glistening Burgundy Metallic paint with Creamy Ivory Leather interior. It looked like a perfect cherry sundae! I asked Sal if they could provide a loaner car when our car came in for service. He said, of course, that’s how we do it. And if you want, we will bring the loaner to your home, take your car for service, bring it back to you when it’s done, and pick up the loaner! A few minutes after we had walked in the front door the first time, Ed Shaker (the owner) walked out of his office and introduced himself. We had a nice chat as he explained his simple business philosophy – “Win the customer for Life”! Everyone who worked there obviously practiced that idea with us. A great Thank You to Sal Catalano and Ed Shaker and all the folks! Will we come back to Shaker’s for “Everything Lincoln”? Absolutely. More

I chose to travel this distance to Shaker because of the availability of the vehicles I was looking for, and for their attractive pricing. Salvatore Catalano was the sales associate who worked with me and the experience couldn't have been more pleasurable. And the rest of the team there was very personable and made me glad I made the drive. I am completely satisfied with the vehicle that Sal set me up with, which I left with that evening, thanks to a most efficient and professional Manny Pinho in their Finance department. Exceeded expectations I came in to look at a specific vehicle that I had seen posted online for a very reasonable price. Sal was very easy to talk to and asked if there was anything the car was missing that I had been looking for. I was surprised to find out that a rear camera could be added to the vehicle. Test drive went well, I went home to discuss with my husband. Sal was in touch after I called the next day and communicated with me later through email, even on his day off, and texting, which I found convenient. He was never pressuring and was patient with me many questions. With the option to add the camera, I was sold and we picked it up a week later when it was convenient for us. What really exceeded my expectations came later. When we brought the car home I realized that it did not have keyless entry, something I had taken for granted and should have checked when looking at the car. I emailed Sal about this and he continued to provide the same level of great service even after the sale had been completed. He facilitated the installation of keyless entry for a very reasonable price through the vendor the dealership uses and even made the installation infinitely easier on me by allowing me to hang out at the dealership with my two year old and infant while he took the car back and forth to the vendor, since the dealership has a very kid-friendly space. He also provided a small piece of plastic that had been missing in the car, free of charge, at that point. I'm happy to give Sal and the dealership an excellent rating and would recommend them to friends. More

There was a small piece that was missing when we took the car home and after one easy phone call the part was ordered and replaced the following week. He also told us to reach out to him after we have driven the car for a while with any additional questions that came up. He followed up a week or so after our purchase to make sure everything was going well with the car. Overall we are very happy with our car and the service that we received from Sal. I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Upon entering and stating my intentions of "taking a test driv Looking for a used Lincoln Navigator, I saw, online, that Shakers had a 2013 in stock. Upon entering and stating my intentions of "taking a test drive only" my wife and I were greeted by Ed Shaker and asked to wait a short time for a sales consultant. We also had the pleasure of meeting owner, Corey Shaker, who took the time to say "hello". Sal cordially invited us to his desk, but not before offering us a coffee or tea from their refreshment bar. After a friendly exchange of our intentions and Sal's explaination of their Certified Pre-Owned car program, we were off for that test drive. Advancing 11 years forward from my Lincoln Blackwood, state-of-art technology was immediately recognized as well as a great ride! Sal was completely familiar with all the "buttons" in the cockpit, which he took several minutes, hands on, to explain when we arrived back. I was impressed! Another review of the 200 point certification and warranty program changed our minds to the "buy" mode. I already knew from my online searches that this vehicle was priced VERY competitively with similar ones in the tri-state area. Cindy cheerfully took us through the sales process and the Navigator was ours! Overall, the entire process was exceptional and the entire staff made the experience a pleasure. P.S.: Their facility is beautiful and very customer friendly. I am looking forward to an enduring relationship with continuing service and sales. More

Sal explained every detail for each and the decision was the certified used car. In addition, Shakers gave me a good deal on my used car (2001 Audi). Turns out I sold the used car to a private buyer prior to closing the deal. Sal even came to pick me up to take delivery since the trade-in was gone. HE WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND IN MY OPINION. Manny from the business office is an extreme pleasure to deal with in closing the deal. He truly is superman (like the bobble head on his desk :) This is the third time I have bought a car from Shakers and when I am ready for my next one, I will be heading back to Shakers. More
