I spent time working out a deal on a used Yukon with Sam. He was very easy to deal with. He pointed out all of the features of the car and taught me how to use some of them. The negotiation was very simpl He was very easy to deal with. He pointed out all of the features of the car and taught me how to use some of them. The negotiation was very simple and efficient. The whole process from the test drive to signing the paperwork was about 2.5 hours. I really don't like spending more time in a dealership than is absolutely necessary and this was the least amount of time I have ever spent from start to finish of getting a deal completed. Jon was also very personable and easy to deal with. he was able to find me a great finance rate. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. More

The salesman listened, answered questions, and found a vehicle, which met my needs. The management also worked with me to come to an acceptable price for my trade-in. The salesman took me to the service department, and introduced me to the staff at the desk. I was informed what my service experience would be like, and courtesy cars are available. I recommend Sam Alexander and Ed Martin for a good car-buying experience. More
