Joe Palmisan Lexus Of Brookfield is an outstanding dealership from the TOP down. The entire team Is fine-tuned Customer Service ranks supreme here. Joe Palmisano orchestrates all of this.... he is the “engine” for this dealership....... .Customers return to buy their next car because of Joe ....and may drive long distances to do so.......I know, I am one of many who have done that very thing. Sam Aly was so knowledgeable and personable....there was no pressure, just straightforward communication. The whole process was flawless. The day I picked up the car Sam made sure the flow of paperwork and everything else involved with the delivery, was seamless and quick!!! It was a relief to know that “Lexus Wade” was there to go through the new technology on my 2020 NX before I left the dealership. He spent over 1 hour with me patiently going over everything. He is so good at what he does that even after session #1 (and yes, you can come back for additional training, or even email/text/call for help), I feel confident using the new technology now. Waste of Time Came in on Saturday to get appraisal of leased 2018 NX 300H as possible trade in for 2020 RX 450H. Sam was our "salesman". Walked in when Ohio State Came in on Saturday to get appraisal of leased 2018 NX 300H as possible trade in for 2020 RX 450H. Sam was our "salesman". Walked in when Ohio State/Michigan game was on the TV. Sam took keys. Could see guy looking at the car. Then parked it around corner. Sam told us what it was worth ($5500 less than the payout amount - guess these Lexi don't hold their value, which we were assured when we first bought it). Then said he'd get numbers together. We sat and watched the Wisconsin/Minnesota game. Waited. And waited. Had probably five different salesmen plus the owner/general manager come up next to us and watch the game. After walking around for about the fifth time, my wife said I should go down to Sam's cubicle. There he was with some other customers! Never had the decency or courtesy to come out and tell us we'd be waiting that long. Couldn't have had any of the other 6-7 salesmen - who were basically just standing around - help us out. I asked for my keys but my wife didn't want to leave without the numbers.. Finally Sam came out with them. We then asked for numbers if we purchased car outright. Had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get them. (Just shows how long it should have taken in the first place.) We ended up leaving a couple of minutes before the end of the half of the Wisconsin game - so probably 1 1/2 - 2 hours wasted. Just a total disrespect of our time. We own 2 Lexus vehicles. I'll turn mine in when the lease expires. Will not deal with these people any more than I have to. It's too bad that they have a monopoly in this area. Have never really felt good with our experience with them (except for Val - the salesman at North Shore and Wade - the tech guy). Just a sidenote: When I took my wife's 2016 RX in for service, it had about 24,000 miles on it. They told me it needed new tires! I had them put on. Then wrote a letter. One of the managers called. Said some original tires only last 20,000 miles. "People like soft rides". I still think that was a bunch of bs. But they gave me a coupon for a detail. Thanks a lot. Would never recommend this place. More

As we live in Minnesota and the dealership is in Wisconsin, it was important to us to feel sure that we had all the details confirmed before driving nearly 5 hours to close the deal. When we arrived all was good and we completed the purchase. The Tech specialist, Wade Schumacher was very thorough in his explanation of setting up and using the navigation and safety features of the RX450h. More
