Sam was so easy to work with - I felt like he really listened to me, gave great recommendations, was not pushy, and got me in a car that I really love. I went to test drive a new vehicle for purchase. He took my keys to check my current vehicle for trade in and took the financial documents from another dealer from my car without my permission.
