From then on, it was nothing but courtesy, kindness and patience. Sam Badro was our client advisor and we are so glad he was there to open the door and welcome us. Sam right away knew what we were looking for and helped us navigate the vehicle selection process with ease and professionalism. He was so patient with us as we debated different product lines with a baby in the mix; his professionalism never wavered. He was so flexible with the purchase process over the course of the week making it feel like we were his only customer. He tended to our needs as family to get out to the dealership to pick up the car, even had it under a sheet with a bow! What a treat! He was always kind to our daughter.
