I love finding the perfect car for my customer's wants and needs, but when I’m not here at work I enjoy scuba diving, snow skiing, traveling, fish keeping, yoga, weight training and I’m also a Licensed Commercial Pilot.

Dealership after working with broaken part, tries to push it off as a wear problem. Car has been driven over three years ,and this seat belt cover only came apart after a repair was done to it. No one sets it off as a wear problem. Car has been driven over three years ,and this seat belt cover only came apart after a repair was done to it. No one sets behind driver to run or wear it, and I believe while shop repair person was working with it got broken. Due to its high cost, dealership is passing it off as nothing they did, but normal wear and tear part. Three years of driving and nothing being loose or broke, to working on part and having it come undone. Something happened when last work on, and dealership not standing up to it. I’ve left messages with lady on phone to have management call me, but nothing yet has happened. I’ve notified customer service at BMW about this problem, More

I called and made an appointment with Sam Costello to test drive an Audi Q5 SUV. When we arrived he had one all ready for me to try. Sam went with me to show me all the appointments of the SUV. He expl test drive an Audi Q5 SUV. When we arrived he had one all ready for me to try. Sam went with me to show me all the appointments of the SUV. He explained everything in great detail. He even suggested I try the Q3 to make sure I was getting the vehicles I was most comfortable in. After I made a decision on the Q5 but wanted a different color he was able to find one for me with everything I wanted on it. After filling out all the paperwork with Stephen Hlavaka I drove home in my new Q5 a very happy person. Thanks to Sam and Stephen for answering all my many questions they were extremely helpful. More
