I love finding the perfect car for my customer's wants and needs, but when I’m not here at work I enjoy scuba diving, snow skiing, traveling, fish keeping, yoga, weight training and I’m also a Licensed Commercial Pilot.

Great experience! I had a great experience from start to finish with this dealership and their staff during the purchase of my RS3. Sam was very prompt to contact me t I had a great experience from start to finish with this dealership and their staff during the purchase of my RS3. Sam was very prompt to contact me then followed up. We were able to work the details of the deal via phone as I live 3 hours away. When I arrived I found all of their staff to be very courteous and attentive. One of the office staff offered me water and Demetrius Johnson engaged me in a sincere conversation in the short time that I waited for Sam Castelli to deliver a car to another customer. Sam promptly and effectively completed the details of my transaction that went exactly as promised. I found him to be highly professional and sincere throughout the process. Sam went over the car after the sale and followed up with me to make sure all was going well several times after the sale. I would highly recommend Sam and this Dealership if you want a prompt painless buying experience. More

I called the sales agent in the morning with my choice of car and they closed the deal in the evening, and it was on a holiday. Impressed with their quick process to approve and lease out on the same day. The car was not super clean when delivered (for a new car). Probably sat in the lot for sometime.. Looks like they didn't do a thorough quality check before delivery, considering BMW high standards. They did compensate with a free accessory when I reported/requested it. More
