Welcome, my name is Sam Chads. I joined the Jim Coleman Honda Family in May of 2004. Prior to that, I was a Brew Master for 11 years working in countries all over the world. What I enjoy most is working with people and helping them with their automotive expectations. On four separate occasions, I was the Number One Honda sales person in the zone, which is measured not only by the quantity of Honda vehicles sold but also by product knowledge and outstanding customer satisfaction. For the past 10 years, I have been the top sales person in our dealership. Additionally, I have been awarded Honda Gold Master for 9 years and for the past 3 years, I have been honored to be recognized as a Platinum Award member, Honda's highest award for salespeople. I owe my success to being completely transparent and consultative in my approach and I always am determined to give my customers the best vehicle purchasing experience they have ever had. Amazing and smooth I am taking my time to write to you about my experience in purchasing a new Honda 2 days ago at your Honda Jim Coleman in Clarksville. I usually do n I am taking my time to write to you about my experience in purchasing a new Honda 2 days ago at your Honda Jim Coleman in Clarksville. I usually do not write these letter, but this time is very different. My seller is Mr. Sam Chads and my accountant is Ms. Rajni Bhagat. From the moment I started chatting with Sam until the moment I was closing the deal with Ms. Bhagat, I was extremely impressed by their so welcoming attitude and professional behavior. I felt as if a close member of my family processing the deal as well as prepping its finances for me. The comfort zone that these 2 put me in was incredibly good and had no apprehension towards it. Mr. Chads is a solid, knowledgeable and untraditionally caring car salesman that I highly recommend. Ms. Baghat is amazing in every aspect, from her professional handling, excellent communication skills and impressive interpersonal attitude. I just felt at home during the whole process and I am very happy about it and greatly appreciated. More

My car salesman was very professional, kind, and cared about what I wanted as well as the staff I came in contact with. The salesman took the time to accommodate me and clearly explained the differences in the models of my interest. In fact, I went in to get a 2016 and left with a 2017 and stayed within my budget. I highly recommend my car salesman if you are shopping for a Honda. I look forward to buying my next car my salesman although it will some years before I purchase my next vehicle. The staff at Jim Coleman gave me the best buying experience one could have. I am extremely pleased with the overall service I received. More
