I appreciate Sam's honesty. I came in for an oil change, wasn't planning on leaving in a new vehicle. After talking with him and he work his magic, then, poof!!! Upon walking on the lot, Sam greeted me immediately. I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle but Sam changed my mind with his persuasiveness. I am very very satiand happy with my vehicle.
