I worked closely with Sam Hall who was patient, accommodating, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable on all steps in the process of bringing me up to speed about the various options available to me in order to make my Clubman dream come true. He took me through test drives, searching for available certified pre-owned vehicles, options for building a new car, and then back to customizing and purchasing a certified pre-owned Clubman. Sam and Neil collaborated in order to make sure that the car I drove off the lot with was exactly what I had been dreaming of, and not only that but it was an incredible purchase value that they were able to offer me. Mary McDonnell was very patient and knowledgeable during the time she spent with me discussing warranty and financing options. In general I would not hesitate to recommend the Mini brand to anyone looking for a fun, funky and sporty new ride. In regards to Mini of St. Louis, I have never felt so relaxed and at ease during what very well could have been a highly stressful experience. You will never once feel pressured or hurried during the time you spend at Mini of St. Louis. Exceptional experience I was an out of state buyer with a Trade In--unsuccessfully tried to make a deal with several other in-state and out-of-state Mini Dealers. Then M I was an out of state buyer with a Trade In--unsuccessfully tried to make a deal with several other in-state and out-of-state Mini Dealers. Then Mini of St Louis listed a new Countryman Hybrid that I was exactly as I would have built it-right color, right options, well priced. I sent then a comprehensive email indicating which car I was interested in, thorough details on my trade-in, and made them an offer. They responded with a $1,000 higher counter but at the showed me about $900 in rebates that I was eligible for (but did not know about.) We agreed to the deal--and when I got there a couple of days later to complete the deal there were zero surprises. I was in an out and back on the road home in about 2 hours. If you want a new Mini, and get the chance...do not hesitate to give these guys a try--you will be treated very well, and leave thinking "How nice was that!" More
