Because we had some unpleasant surprises during our trade-in and purchase process, all In no way the fault of the team at Mini STL, we could have ended up losing the great deal and new car we wanted. Instead, Sam and Neil really went above and beyond what we could have expected. Mary was even willing to help us out at odd hours to accommodate my Firefighter husbands schedule.
