My new Mini First of all, this is my 3rd Mini. I had a 2006 2 door Cooper S hardtop, then a 2011 Cooper S Countryman, and as of yesterday I'm the proud owner of First of all, this is my 3rd Mini. I had a 2006 2 door Cooper S hardtop, then a 2011 Cooper S Countryman, and as of yesterday I'm the proud owner of a 2017 CPO - Blaze Red 2 door Cooper S hardtop. You can say I have a bit of an obsession with this car. But it's not only the car. I love dealing with these guys. The service department has always treated me right. I love how you can pull your car right in the enclosed garage and a free loaner is always waiting for you (with an appointment of course). The guys (Dan and Dave) are friendly and keep me well informed. My Countryman was getting up there in miles and starting to have a few issues so I decided it was time to get something that was covered under warranty and we always like to go with certified pre-owned as opposed to new. Our Motoring Advisor was Sam Hall. He was great from the very beginning. Very low key and easy going and never pushy or impatient with us. We test drove 2 cars - probably would have bought one but there were no heated seats!! (first world problems), then left to test drive a couple cars at BMW up the street. Sam was supportive of whatever we wanted to do. Ultimately we returned to Mini and decided on a different car, with heated seats, upon Sam's suggestion. They even switched wheels from another car that we liked better without hesitation. We got a great financing deal and my payments only went up $63 over my Countryman so I was extremely happy with that. This was a pretty dang good day! More

Sam Hall (the Motoring Advisor) took the time to educate me on Mini and the vehicle I was looking at. There was never any pressure to purchase, and once I did decide to purchase I learned that there was no commission for any staff. All staff were salary! I was also really impressed with Mary, who handled the financing. This was only the second time I had purchased a vehicle on my own, and I had plenty of questions. She was able to answer all of them and set my mind at ease about all of the decisions I was making. Again, I never felt pressured to purchase or add on, but rather felt very informed and empowered to make my own decisions. More

I have had many cars in my time but i will say sam hall was one of the generous man i have dealt with in the car bussiness. More

Of course, with MINI there isn't a lot of bargaining, rebates, or negotiation. The price is the price. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, friendly, upfront and professional. There was no commitment to buy, even though we made a custom car order, and as a surprise, they added heated seats for free, "it helps with the resale value." The only "down" side is, what they offered for our used MINI as a trade-in was laughable. We didn't trade it in and will make money by selling it ourselves. Thanks to Sam, Mary and Neil. More
